Jayan “Jay” Hong has over 10 years of experience in criminal defense, having represented thousands of people in cases of all types including DUI’s, theft, drugs, domestic violence, battery, assault, gang crimes, serious and violent felonies, and many more. Jay gained extensive legal and courtroom experience as a Deputy Public Defender in the Riverside County Public Defender’s Office, where he practiced criminal defense for over six years. While at the Public Defender’s Office, Jay conducted numerous motions, preliminary hearings, juvenile delinquency hearings, and jury trials. Because of this valuable experience, Jay knows the ins and outs of courtrooms, dealing with prosecutors, and getting the best results for clients, either through deals or jury trials. He also has extensive knowledge and experience of juvenile criminal law having represented thousands of juveniles against criminal charges.
