Jayan “Jay” Hong has over 10 years of experience in criminal defense, having represented thousands of people in cases of all types including DUI’s, theft, drugs, domestic violence, battery, assault, gang crimes, serious and violent felonies, and many more. Mr. Hong gained extensive legal and courtroom experience as a Deputy Public Defender in the Riverside County Public Defender’s Office, where he practiced criminal defense for over six years. While at the Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Hong conducted numerous motions, preliminary hearings, juvenile delinquency hearings, and jury trials. Because of this valuable experience, Mr. Hong knows the ins and outs of courtrooms, dealing with prosecutors, and getting the best results for clients, either through deals or jury trials.
