Experience in the courtroom
Before opening the firm, Mr. Hong practiced criminal defense for more than six years as a Deputy Public Defender in the Riverside County Public Defender’s Office, where he handled motions, preliminary hearings, juvenile delinquency hearings and jury trials. He knows how courtrooms and prosecutors operate, and he prepares each case for either a negotiated resolution or a trial.
